2020 Bellefonte Lacrosse Jr High Registration

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: Feb 28, 2020

Registration is $70. You will be automatically taken to the online payment page after submitting this form. If you choose to pay online please complete payment at that secure page. If you choose to pay by mailed in check, simply ignore the online payment page after submitting this form (your registration information will still be collected.)

If you need to register a sibling for the discounted rate of $35, please do so at this link after completing the initial registration below for your first child.

If a child would like to register but is in need of financial assistance, please email mslacrosseclub@basd.net (Boys) or msgirlslacrosseclub@basd.net (girls)

NOTE: All boys and girls Jr High players need to register with US Lacrosse at the uslacrosse.org website
